Legal Protocol

3.1 Service Execution Refunds

Services not yet initiated are eligible for full refund within 14 days of payment. Services in progress are refundable on a pro-rata basis for undelivered milestones as documented in the project scope agreement.

3.2 Deliverable Quality

If deliverables fail to meet mutually agreed specifications after 3 revision cycles, a partial refund of 25-50% of the remaining undelivered value may be issued at our discretion, provided non-conformity is documented in writing.

3.3 Cancellation by Client

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date is billable. Deposits are non-refundable if work has commenced. Retainer agreements require 30-day written notice.

3.4 Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. In such cases, both parties agree to negotiate a fair resolution in good faith, including potential service credits or timeline adjustments.

3.5 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the refunding party unless the refund is due to our error.

4.1 Service Agreement

Engagement with bestsoltop constitutes acceptance of these terms. Specific service terms are outlined in individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents signed by both parties.

4.2 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom deliverables become the property of the client. bestsoltop retains rights to pre-existing frameworks, methodologies, and tools unless explicitly assigned in the SOW.

4.3 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination for 3 years. Standard NDAs are executed before project commencement.

4.4 Liability

Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Professional indemnity insurance covers errors and omissions.

4.5 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Arad, Romania. EU consumer protection directives apply where mandatory.

4.6 Amendments

Material changes to these terms require 30 days written notice. Continued use of services after the notice period constitutes acceptance. Client accounts may terminate without penalty if they disagree with changes.
